"Where in the Concrete Jungle Will Trois Femmes Pop Up?" - Bar Pitti

This time around we had a little help with our destination, "Bar Pitti"... I guess you could say that it was a collabrative effort and what I mean by that is we got to finally meet one of our readers, Meagan of #travelwritedraw. It's about time this idea came about (thanks Meagan :)). We all live in New York, so why not, right? All I can say is that we had a great time and will be seeing more of each other now that summer is rolling around. #sidebar... an interesting fact that we found out is that we all share the same birthday 9.23.85...CRAZY I KNOW...fate? I think so lol. It's no wonder we were drawned to each others blog and meeting each other just confirmed how comfortable it was and how similar we are...like we knew each other for years. Meagan is a fabulous illustrator, so please do check her blog out.

Back to "Bar Pitti", well according the ZAGAT this restaurant is the “See and be seen” at this Village Italian, a “perennial favorite” for “star sightings”, “bustling” alfresco action and “dynamite” pastas at “relatively modest prices”; even with “rushed” service, “sparse” decor, no reservations and no plastic, “trendy” types keep it “going strong.”

All so true , the Basic Tuscan menu was delicious and very filling. The atmosphere had a very intimate and charming feel to it. Sort of like a "place where everybody knows your name" (wink). Defenitely has a good reputation because stars like Beyonce and Jay Z, super models Alessandra Ambrosio, Adriand Lima, Bar Rafaeli, Claire Danes, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disic keep coming back. You can't go wrong with good food and great prices. :)
